PLANNING BOARD
September 20, 2006
The Planning Board held their regular monthly meeting on Wednesday, September 20th, 2006 at the Evans Memorial Building. Present were; Paul Savchick, Dick Shaw, and Joyce Blue. The meeting was called to order by Paul Savchick at 7:05 p.m.
There was no quorum so no business was conducted.
Candace Maher, with an assist from Linda Jenkins, met with the Board to discuss opening a retail store on her property on Stewart Rd. Her property is in the Village District zone and Paul Savchick said that retail stores are permitted subject for site plan review. He outlined the requirements for site plan review. Candace Maher was advised to contact David Douglass of Thorne Surveys for assistance in drawing up a site plan.
The meeting adjourned at 8:05 p.m.
